One might balk at the thought of comparing an Acura with a Hyundai, but we are choosing to ponder the idea with intrigue. We attended the official launches of these two mid-size sedans months ago, but getting extra seat time in them solidified both as being worthy competitors.

ILX is the codename for a new Acura mid-size sedan to be launched later this year.

The most fascinating car of the 2012 Detroit Motor Show without a shadow of doubt is the Acura, or Honda, NSX concept.

Since its freshening in 2010, the 2011 Acura MDX generally remains unchanged. The premium midsized, all-wheel drive SUV can seat up to 7 passengers.

Things remained pretty much the same after the 2011 Acura RDX after its 2010 freshening.

One of the major improvements of the 2011 Acura TSX lineup is the brand new wagon body style. It’s an entry-level front-wheel drive car that has a basic design similar to the Honda Accord.

The new 2011 model of the Acura TSX receives a brand new and subtle alteration to it’s appearance.

The new version of Honda Accord’s twin sister, Acura TL was unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show and while you would struggle to find something new in it, it is still a good example of an affordable luxury sedan specially now that it’s more refined and better equipped than ever.

This is the latest iteration of the Acura RDX crossover which is upgraded, ish, fro the 2013 modelyear. It was shown as a prototype at Detroit Motor Show.
