As I’m sure you know Audi has won this year’s Le Mans 24 Hour race, which was their tenth victory. Now to mark the event, and probably to make a few extra quids out of it, they’ve come up with a special edition Audi R8 V8 for the British market.

This year Audi revealed their Mk3 TT at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, and whilst this is exciting news for the masses, I couldn’t help but notice next year marks Audi’s 20th anniversary of revealing their TT concept (pictured below) at the 1995 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Audi didn’t know their new RS3 Sportback would become so popular in the UK that all the 500 units allocation sell out so quickly. So they went ahead and slate another 250 units to the British market.

The totally-new 2009 Audi A4 features an enhanced cabin, new lines, and a new 3.2 liter, 265-horsepower V-6 under the hood (an updated 2.0 liter turbo-4 is also obtainable). It reaches 62 miles per hour in an about 6.2 seconds, only two ticks slower than the automatic transmission BMW 335i.

The new 3.0L supercharged V-6 of the 2010 S5 Cabriolet and S4 sedan from Audi seems to be the engine that puts the last nail in the coffin of the typical V-8. With 333 hp and 325 lb-ft, it is 20 horses short of the power number of the 4.2L V-8.

Audi has started a very ambitious project with the all-electric E-Tron version of the new A1 city car.

The new diesel edition of Audi A4 is really a no compromise family car with a super efficient engine. The car’s equipped with a new 2.0 liter diesel that generates 100 kW (136 hp) and 320 Nm (236.02 lb-ft) of torque, which gives it a 0 to 100 km/h time of 9.5 seconds (9.8 Avant).

Following the premier of the all-new Audi A7 a few days ago, now the German firm is introducing the sportier S-Line version of the car.
