Hello friends! First I want to apologize for the lack of updates the last couple weeks. My hosting company went down, but is all fixed and good to go now. Speaking of apologies, Takata owes the world a huge one. If you haven’t heard, they’ve recalled over 34 MILLION cars now due to faulty airbags that could explode and send shrapnel-like pieces into your face. Sounds safe, right? As this goes on, details keep coming out that make it worse and worse. The New York Times just did a study that found that Takata knew about these issues as far back as 2004 and yet did nothing about it. Yikes. They now face one of the biggest recalls in history. Just how big? Check out this image of other big recalls and they’ve topped them all: krb-edited-infographic1-2415571-9985305-1484952 cost of product recalls As you can see, this is now the largest recall in the US and it’s only getting bigger. I had to get my 2004 Nissan Sentra fixed, and my wife had to get her Toyota done as well. Make sure you check out the list  and take your car in immediately if it’s on it. There have been at least 7 deaths and hundreds of accidents, so don’t wait until it’s too late.
