Rheinmetall Defense outfits Volkswagen Amarok for military vehicles

Volkswagen Amarok is a strong pickup in all fields and therefore utilize Rheinmetall Defense Volkswagen Amarok as their new military vehicles. In the exhibition Eurosatory Defense and Security recently, Volkswagen Amarok M was introduced. Amarok M is designed for military purposes as a versatile pickup that can handle ‘a wide range of missions’. Volkswagen Amarok M is now equipped with features all-wheel drive and anti-blocking system (ABS) for off-road. It also comes with a chassis that has been strengthened and advanced communication equipment. As a military vehicle, Volkswagen Amarok M also has electrically-powered ring-mount, a cradle of weapons that can be driven electrically to anchor medium-sized machine guns or rocket-propelled grenades and heavy automatic. Volkswagen Amarok military is offered in a variety of engines both petrol and diesel engines are available with power outputs from 121 hp to 177 hp.
