Lotus C-01 motorcycle prototype announced

Lotus has launched the prototype C-01 motorcycle. Lotus C-01 motorcycle is the first product of Lotus Motorcycles, new company from Lotus. Full figure Lotus C-01 motorcycle has not been disclosed, but the new teaser in the form of a fuel tank with a carbon fiber Lotus logo patterned black with yellow trim similar to F1 racing cars. In this project, Lotus partnered with former Volkswagen designer Daniel Simon, Germany’s Holzer Group, and Kodewa racing team. Involvement was limited to lend name. This bike is described by Lotus as “hyper bike” with a racing technology integrated. Materials used, in addition to carbon, no titanium, and quality steel used in aircraft. The engine is still a mystery, but Lotus claims to have a maximum power of 200 bhp (149 kW). Another figure from the Lotus C-01 motorcycle will be shown next week.
