Lamborghini took the wrap off one of their premiers at Paris Motor Show, and as expected it’s a Gallardo

But it’s a rather special one, created based on the Super Trofeo racing car paying homage to Lamborghini’s partner Blancpain, which incidentally is also the sponsor behind the ST series.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Blancpain Edition, technically, is the same as the Gallardo Superleggera with 570 hp, but it comes with new body kit that sets it apart from all other Gallardos. This kit is inspired by the racing version of the car, so it’s functions brilliantly, but it’s not so pretty.

Apart from the carbon fiber bits bolted to the body, the interior too is garnished with this material all over, in addition to a big amount of black Alcantara with yellow accents that will make you feel you’re actually sitting in a race car!

he Edition is also equipped with Skorpius wheels with yellow-painted brake calipers and discs made, of course, from carbon-ceramic composite. It does zero to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.4 seconds and flies past the 200 km/h (124 mph) mark only 6.8 seconds later, ultimately exceeding 320 km/h (199 mph).

There’s no word on the car’s pricing yet.
