Nissan Leaf is sold in some countries like the U.S., Denmark, Spain or the UK, has a different sale. As in the U.S., sales of Nissan Leaf has not exactly impressed with the sales-leaf plants. However, in other countries selling Nissan Leaf has a fairly impressive.

Over the last six months, sales of Nissan Leaf in Norway sold over 1000 units. That Might only is a month’s worth of U.S. sales, but in Norway it represents 2% of the market. If we were to extrapolate that to the light vehicles sales for all of 2011, which totaled 12.8 million in the U.S., we would get 256.000 Leafs sold last year. And this means that the Scandinavian countries have a high level of demand can have a Nissan Leaf than U.S. customers.

This is because in this country for the purchase of electric vehicles with zero VAT, no new car tax, free parking, exemption from some of the tolls and the use of bus lanes in Oslo.
