BMW X6 Performance In USA

Following the Japanese market, BMW announced the X6 Performance edition for America as well.

This is a more complete package which includes enhancements for body, interior and engines. And we do mean all the engines in the range.

It offer 320 horsepower (+20) and 332 lb-ft of torque (+32) for the X6 xDrive35i and 440 hp (+40) and 480 lb-ft of torque (+30) for the X6 xDrive50i. Each model reaches 60mph from a standstill 0.2-second quicker when equipped with the Power Kit (6.3 seconds for the X6 xDrive35i with Power Kit and 5.0 seconds for the X6 xDrive50i with Power Kit). 50-75mph passing acceleration times are reduced by about 0.5 seconds for each model.

As for the styling it comes with redesigned front and rear bumper covers, side skirts, and rear bumper insert, is specifically sculpted to reduce aerodynamic drag and lift at high speeds, improving stability while making a dramatic, stylish statement.

You also get a unique multifunction steering wheel for X6 models and 10”x21” wheels with 285/35/R21 tires up front and 11.5”x21” with 325/30/R21 tires at rear, the unique spoke design features a polished outer surface with unique inner contours.
