2011 Nissan Qashqai n-tec
The recently revised Nissan Qashqai is getting yet another update for the British market in form of the n-tec trim level.
The Qashqai, which is built at Nissan UK plant in Sunderland, is the best selling model of the Japanese manufacturer in Britain and they want to appreciate customers by keeping it fresh.
The n-tec Qashqai promises more power, better equipments and improved efficiency. The car’s petrol and diesel engines are both upgraded, the 1.6 petrol from 115 and 150 to 117PS and 158Nm of torque and the 1.5-litre dCi diesel from 106 to 110 PS. It’s not significant, but here we are!
The diesel unit is also much cleaner now as it comes standard with particulate filter technology with the addition of DPF. You may also order Start/Stop system for the petrol units.
The car also features a long list of standard equipments, including Nissan Connect (an advanced combined satellite navigation and audio system), a colour reversing camera, a panoramic glass roof, privacy glass, 18-inch alloy wheels trimmed in an exclusive black and silver finish. There’s also a 250 quid Chrome package which adds chrome door handles, chrome fog lamp surrounds and chrome side strips.
