2013 Lotus Elan Details
One of the other new models by Lotus is the Elan, which can be considered as something in between.
It’s not as powerful as, say Espirit and Elite, but beefier than the the Elise. It even slots in the middle in terms of design, as it uses cues from the bigger car but in a more concept size.
And that’s also the case for the powertrain. It’s get a 4.0 liter V6 Turbo with 450 hp, which seems enough for a 2+2 Grand Tourer, which is designed to be used everyday and in every situation. You can think of the Elan as a direct rival for Porsche 911. It even has a price tag in the same league.
