2013 Chevrolet Trailblazer production in Thailand

General Motos announced the 2013 Chevrolet Trailblazer would be produced in a factory GM Rayong, Thailand. For the first variant to be produced is Trailblazer LTZ models. The model comes with a 2.8 liter turbo diesel engine Duramax. After the Chevrolet Trailblazer LTZ, will be followed by other Chevrolet models will also be produced in Thailand, such as pickup variants, Colorado. Trailblazer target market are manufactured in Thailand for Southeast Asia market and the U.S.. 2013 Chevrolet Trailblazer was introduced to the public earlier this year, to continue the concept model that was exhibited last year. 2013 Chevrolet Trailblazer comes with a choice of two turbo diesel engines, the 2.5 liter with 150 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. And the 2.8 liter engine unit, which produces 180 horsepower and torque of 470 Nm (346 lb-ft). Both models are mated to a five-speed manual transmission or six-speed automatic transmission. This SUV is equipped with features such as Hill Descent Control, Panic Brake Assist, Dynamic Rear Proportioning Braking, Engine Drag Control, Traction Control, ABS with EBD and ESC.
