At 40th anniversary of the Range Rover the company introduced the latest 2011MY of the car which comes with a few styling tweaks, an all-new diesel powertrain and 8-speed gearbox, and upgraded 4×4 system.

As one of the most luxurious SUVs in the market, Range Rover has a very unique character. So for the new model they didn’t mess around changing the recipe, they just tweaked it with things like new grille and side vents, and 20-inch wheels.

2011 Range Rover can be had with an exclusive Exterior Design Pack which comes with revised front bumper with fog lamp surrounds, front grille and side vents in Titan finish, revised side sills, rear bumper and stainless steel exhaust finishers.

For the new model, Land Rover is also introducing an all-new 4.4 liter Turbodiesel V8 engine with 313 hp and a massive 700Nm torque, which makes the new diesel variant the most economical Range Rover of all time as it can manage 31 mpg.

This new engine comes with a new ZF 8HP70 8-speed automatic transmission, and an improved version of the firm’s Terrain Response Optimisation system which itself comes with new dials and switches. The traditional gear lever is also replaced with a rotary knob. The new drivetrain system also features Hill Start Assist and Gradient Acceleration Control.
