2011 Honda Insight Price

Honda has just made the Insight Hybrid a more interesting choice over the mighty Toyota Prius by cutting its base price for the new 2011 Model Year.

The 2011 Insight starts at $18,200 which is a full $1600 less than the 2010 model.

The features fitted as standard to the base Honda Insight include remote entry and has exclusive content compared to the other models consisting of unique seating fabric and a basic audio system with CD player and two speakers. It is powered by a a 1.3-liter i VTEC gasoline coupled to a 10-kilowatt electric motor with 40/43/41 mpg city/highway/combined.

Other models in the range include Insight LX priced at $19,900 with cruise control, a USB audio interface, center armrest storage console and floor mats and the Insight EX – $21,490 and $23,265 with Navigation – adds to the LX features with steering wheel-mounted audio controls (previously exclusive to the Insight EX when equipped with navigation.
