2011 Ford Mondeo
Like Honda, Ford too has unveiled a new revised edition of their large family saloon, the Mondeo. But unlike the Japanese, Ford has actually worked on it and given it many new things!
The looks of the 2011 Ford Mondeo is noticeably different than the old model thanks to the new front bumper sporting LED lights, new grille and new bonnet. The car also gets new rear lights and a decklid spoiler.
The interior design also look fresh with revised center console and door trims, and a brilliant light system. Here you also find new equipments such as satellite navigation with an integrated top-notch stereo.
But the main feature of the 2011 Mondeo is the new engines. There is the 2.0-litre Ford EcoBoost turbocharged petrol engine which 203 hp, accompanied with a newer version which can deliver 240 hp. The other option is an upgraded version of the 2.2-litre Ford Duratorq TDCi engine with 200 hp.
To show that they’re in tune with the time, Ford also offers fuel saving technologies such as Smart Regenerative Charging, Ford Eco Mode and an Active Grille Shutter system.
